“My ford vehicle with a garbage 10r80 transmission broke (as expected). The staff were always courteous and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. The tech was able to diagnose the problem without any check engine lights or codes in the computer. Unfortunately, i needed a new transmission but they installed it quickly and properly and had me on my way in a reasonable time frame. Pricing was in line with other local shops and while a big expense, it wasn’t excessive with extra bs fees. When i picked up my completed vehicle the girl at the front desk was super helpful and the tech came in to discuss in detail what they had to do to complete the job. Excellent work wd trans! Will be back! (Hopefully not soon)”

“I never had a problem contacting you. To inform you the official measurements are in 1/32 not in metric units.. Unless someone challenges the Pensulvania Inspection authority to change thoses limits to metric. BUT IN all you do an vechile inspection of the highest quality. OF which like as a fellow mechanic. From now on my cars will be brought to you because of promises answering the phone and not affread to make the repairs as needed compared to outher repair shops.”

They replaced the shock quickly. The entire staff at Werbany made sure I was safe and replaced what needed replacing without any further charge. Gotta live an auto place that’s trustworthy. “Just brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have the tire pressure checked since the weather has gotten colder. A silly request, thought maybe my tire sensors were bad. The staff was very helpful even filled the tires to the correct pressure on the spot. I'm truly grateful.
Two years ago I brought my Honda Civic in for 4 new tires and they did a fantasic job. Dempsey's does quality work and treats customers right. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tires or quick fixes. Highly recommend to anyone in South Jersey who wants reliable service without the runaround.”
