“Another great experience here. Came in with a brake and possible suspension issue. It was stumping me even after prompting AI. Ed's guesses lined up with with what AI was saying but he said it was still a guess and didnt want me spending $1000 on a guess. A couple more symptoms showed, I told Ed and it solidified his first hunch. Really thankful for his patience and care and not gouging me on the price. Car is in top shape now. Thanks Ed!”

Not only did they fix this for FREE but they also put the frozen food I had in my trunk in their freezer for me so it didn't melt.

“This was my first time going to Matthey Automotive. I would normally take my car to a mechanic in Westmont but they have a new front office coordinator and I have been considering going to another mechanic. My parents recommended Matthey. Overall, it was a good experience. My car was ready yesterday and it seems to be running well. The price was within $100 of the estimate I got from the other mechanic. The front office coordinator I met is Carl. He seems like a nice guy and I especially liked his bakery recommendation!
I don’t think I will bring my car back to the Westmont mechanic.

“All of the mechanics here are great. Brad is always making sure to hook me up with the best and affordable prices. Once during the winter, instead of wasting my money and our time, he told me to wait till after the ice melts and come back in if the issue was still happening. Huge life saver! I come to this place for all my car work, inspections, oil changes, and any noise my car might make that I'm unsure of. I live fairly close by, and so Brad has also picked me up from my house to come to the shop so that I can pay and take my car home without having to pay for an Uber, or wait for someone else to be free! “I have been dealing with Mr. Tire of Glassboro for about 10 years. The Michael Buchanan and his team always go above and beyond for their customers. This time I dealt with Assistant Manager Cameron and was treated with the same respect as usual. When I got their they were swamped with work, so I wasn’t sure if they would be able to accommodate me, They fit me in and I got the tires I needed and was on my way in about 2 hrs. This is my tire shop as I feel they are the best in the business.”

Went in just for an oil change because 2 months ago I got the entire car inspected and $1,900 worth of work done. The guy comes in and tells me that there's corrosion on my battery and it's 3 years old so I should get a new one. So I say they said my battery was fine last time I was here and he says but there's a lot of corrosion on it. So without even testing the battery he was trying to make sure I bought one that day, but then he got on the computer and saw that I was just there two months ago and the battery was tested and it was fine. This is why people hate going to get their car fixed, so frustrating!”
“Mr Morris and company have heat in class service. I sent my significant other to a competitor for a minor service. They unfortunately tried to get over on my person in which we walked out. I was referred to CDM tires by a friend and as soon as I contacted them they were getting responsive took care of my issue for my persons car and also gave me a great deal on two sets of tires for my cars as well. CDM tires is the only way to go. Thank you”
