“Customer service was excellent. I received text updates throughout the entire process. The only thing I didn’t like was not people able to talk to my rep who said I would get an initial phone call and didn’t. Then I received a text saying I would get a phone call the next day and didn’t. Then I called and was told the rep would call me back and didn’t. I had to go in to get an update and the GM was very helpful, friendly and just great all around and provided me with the answers I was looking for and very accommodating to when I could pick my car up.”

Recently I relocated to Mapleshade and I was a bit nervous to take my BMW truck someplace unfamiliar. My wife suggested that I use the same company but closer location. I was nervous, but happy wife, happy life, right? So I took my wife’s advice and was so relieved to see a familiar face.
