“I knew what I wanted going in which made it easier. Called before because I needed 5 tires. Had them in stock in 2 days and installed with new lugs I provided. Communicative and no pressure on additional add-on sales. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. Job well done, even alerted me to an issue that I will need to address in the future.”

“Today, I brought my late model mercury to the dealership for a air bag recall. The dealership seems to be very well organized and efficient. Initially, I was told that the repair-related work should only be about an hour and a half. I hope so. In at 8am. For general information, I asked how much the diagnosis and labor charges are. $239+ separately for both!🤑”

“I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision of Maple Shade! A year ago my car was fixed here due to a crash (which they did a great job then with ) but unfortunately a different issue showed up. I was able to easily and quickly take my car over to be inspected and we were able to resubmit the claim to the insurance company with ease. Their communication was clear and informative. Even with little bumps in the road, they went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction and make sure the car was up to my standard. I highly recommend Caliber Collision of Maple Shade to everyone! Thank you!”

“I've been an Infiniti customer for 15 years owning a G37 and Q50. I get both serviced at the Mapleshade location. Today... today they have solidified my loyalty to the brand. During my last service, a small issue occurred and when I brought it to their attention, they owned it instead of trying to make me look like I could somehow be responsible or even make up something to have me pay an extra cost. That is how you do customer service. It is the exact same thing I would do for any one of my hundreds of clients. Take time to take care of the things you can. Thank you Team Infiniti. (I'm purposely leaving out names.)”

“I purchased my Mazda CX5 in September at Maple Shade Mazda and when FedEx was to deliver my title and registration there was some type of oil leak from another package on the truck which destroyed both title and registration. Since then I have been working with Natalie Gutowiecz at the Turnersville office and she has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. I have been extremely lucky to have worked with some wonderful people at both Mazda locations and I would not hesitate to recommend these dealerships to anyone, my experience has been nothing but positive.”
