Initially, I was told that the repair-related work should only be about an hour and a half. I hope so. In at 8am. For general information, I asked how much the diagnosis and labor charges are. $239+ separately for both!🤑”

During my last service, a small issue occurred and when I brought it to their attention, they owned it instead of trying to make me look like I could somehow be responsible or even make up something to have me pay an extra cost. That is how you do customer service. It is the exact same thing I would do for any one of my hundreds of clients. Take time to take care of the things you can.
