“Went to Holman Ford since I moved, WOW!! I have owned Ford vehicles for the last 10 years and this is by far the best service center i have ever visited. Came in on MLK day to drop off my vehicle for a periodic service, within 2 hours my vehicle was ready and washed. The service team went above and beyond, sending me a video of the multi point inspection and even taking care of a hardware upgrade that was available. “*For the Service Department Only*I have taken my 2020 CX-30 here for every service since we got the car. Every time, the folks in the Service Department take the time ti explain the different service options, and are very honest about what is important, optional, and unnecessary. I even had an off-service issue with one of my tires, wherein I fully expected to have to buy one, if not two, new tires. They took a look at the issue, and told me that it was purely cosmetic, not structural. I was a bit skeptical, as it looked bad, but the gentleman in the Service Department said, "I'll put it to you this way: if you had purchased the warranty from the dealer, this would not be covered. I'll replace it if you want, but the structural integrity of the tire is unaffected." Another time, a different gentleman took the time to understand my intentions for the vehicle in the next few years, and make a service package recommendation based on the implications of each package down the road. Their combination of patience, clarity, and honesty is rare, and greatly appreciated.”
