Front desk worker June Purnell was the rudest person I ever spoke to in my life. I walked in asking to make an appointment because my taxes were rejected and she goes “ha it’s the 15th good luck with that” I said am I able to make an appointment she told me “I won’t even waste my time looking” I asked her to check and she said “no bye bye” . Very unnecessarily rude there were other pp in the waiting room that also heard this as well.

Recieved a call that my taxes were finished and I needed to schedule a time to come in and wrap things up. Almost two weeks later and I have been unable to get in touch with anyone. Customer service has been unhelpful and the office was overall unprofessional.

I came in with Susan Kelly & I would definitely recommend, normally I do everything online but decided to come in person and she was very patient and very knowledgeable with everything, thanks Susan !

Have had the pleasure of having my taxes prepared by Dolores Roy for many years at the local office in my area. She is a true professional who explains the new tax codes and walks me thru the process effortlessly saving me the stress of having to do this on my own. Only had a issue with my return once in the 40 years I’ve been using HR Block and it was resolved by them to my complete satisfaction.

H&r block was very courteous and professional and knowledgeable about taxes. My only complaint is how expensive it was. I'm going to try to do my own taxes next year
