After going to multiple places that say they offer passport photos, like cvs and Walgreens just to find out when you arrive, that conveniently the person that does the photo is never working.
I googled passport photo near me and this place came up, yet it did not when I did I it on Google Maps.
Either way , the gentleman behind the counter was awesome. Walked in asked for a photo, 3 minutes later I was walking out with them in hand. Way better pricing than fed ex as well , only $13 for a set.
Will recommend everyone to go here for there services.”

“I can't say enough about the staff at store 1316. Today I worked with employee 328569 but everyone there is just as great. I do a ton of returning and shipping. Sometimes I am not as organized with my lables and boxes as I should be. The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. They never turn me away or act annoyed, even when the store is filled with customers. I drive extra far just because I like the store employees so much.”
“I would like to leave a five-star review specifically for Michelle. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.

He restored my faith in younger people and how they response to older people. He was patient non judgmental and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this location. “Good evening Google family. I visited to make copies after my incredible workout ? at the Edge Fiitness club in Cherry ? Hill. I liked that the copy machines are self serviced, but of course you can ask for assistance if needed. I was in and out super fast. I loved that. They have more than one copy machine. A big place. A Staples associate greeted me today and I thought that was super nice. Good night Family and don't forget to workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.
An update to the previous review: I visited on Dr. Martin Luther King's actual birthday, which is today. Venessa, who is the Print and Marketing Production Supervisor, assisted me with my questions. I wanted to know about products utilizing my logo and Venessa explained, showing me on the computer how I could access the website at home and select my Staples products and services. Also I could have selected the products right there on the self serve computer that they had, which was sitting right beside me. I received good, valuable and helpful information from Venessa. I will access the website on my laptop and select the services and products that I need. I had a good experience here today. I was happy that my questions were answered. Now its full stream ahead!!! Have a good night, workout and be active and mobile especially for people over 50 years of age.”
“Came to this location to return some remote work equipment. Jared and Andre were exceptionally helpful, patient, and communicative throughout the whole process. Andre was especially knowledgeable in computer returns and was happy to help despite the obvious challenges this type of return presents. Would happily come through again if given the opportunity.”
“Super convenient. Easy drop off. Rating a 4 because they are literally never open on time. I've sat in my car waiting to drop off packages many times at "opening time" only to wait at least 20 minutes for them to get there to open. Do not go at 9.”
“The first couple times I visited this location in 2023-2024 were awful. The staff seemed irritable and not very pleasant. My experience was so bad, I didn't think I would go here again. “I usually do not write reviews, but I want others to patronize this location. I went in to get a TSA PreCheck by CLEAR. I waited a bit, as the gentleman performing the PreCheck was on lunch. No biggie, he is entitled to his lunch break. Several associates asked me if I needed help as I was waiting and browsing through the store. I will definitely come back to this store if I need any office supplies, as the associates have a grasp of customer service. The gentleman with CLEAR was professional, friendly, and quick. I did not have an appointment, but I did pre-register online.”
