I would really like to mention Luis from the call center for this industry for handling a very urgent situation I had. Of course saying goodbye to your baby is beyond heartbreaking but being among these incredible warm heartfelt doctors just made the experience (if it’s even possible) a little bit easier. “My dog crossed the bridge at 10:00PM on a Saturday night. James answered the phone, even though they were closed. He put me in touch with Dear Pet Memorial Park and called them to let them know that I would be reaching out. He helped to make a horrible experience much easier.
This is the second pet Paws to Heaven has cremated for me. They handled each with dignity and care.”

“First of all this place is hands down the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to.
Everyone here is amazing.
My cat had an emergency and when I brought him to a Hospital, they gave me a grim prognosis. Practically saying my boy was going to die after only an ultrasound. Demanding thousands of dollars for a deposit to preform any treatment Or advising on euthanasia.
I knew my boy wasn’t done yet and I just knew they were wrong in their diagnosis.
I didn’t trust that hospital so the next day I found The cat clinic for a second opinion.
The staff at the cat clinic were so compassionate and understanding.
No one wants to worry about money when your family is ill but unfortunately times are tough. The team went over the cost of everything. Helping me to decide which tests to start with.
Fast forward and now My boy is making an amazing recovery. That grim prognosis was completely wrong.
I’m so thankful for this team.
