Monica was incredibly professional and helpful. Very courteous throughout the visit and went the extra mile to ensure that my ordered test was found and was completed in a timely manner.

Although not the most beautiful building, they are always very nice when I go there. April was running the front desk and despite the long line was very efficient. The tech who drew the blood was excellent.

Waiting time is too long!! Not sure , but looks like it’s the same person at the window who also takes the blood samples. They need more employees to help especially on a crowded day.
