She helped us navigate the prescription paperwork issue we had and was kind and patient with my 4.5 year old who needed a significant amount of blood drawn; No pain, no discomfort, no tears and lots of stickers and compliments from Yolanda made him the happiest kid! And, the facility was extremely clean and organized, which is a huge plus.”

“I had an appointment and there was no waiting.
The lady in room 2 was exceptional! I believe her name is Miss Wendy. Each time I arrive at the Union Quest, Miss Wendy is my nurse. She has a welcoming room, and her pleasantness makes you feel comfortable right away. There is a strong presence of peace in room 2.
Her technical precision was excellent. You could not feel the needle enter or exit your arm. She made sure my name was correct before she labeled the blood vials.
When she removed the needle and placed cotton on the puncture, the blood kept flowing. She responded empathetically, put pressure on the area, and the flow stopped.”

“I was seen on time. The waiting room was not overcrowded & the staff was very professional. But I would not recommend Quest because their sign in kiosk always has problems. They should have a staff member there to assist (but never do, you have to try to catch someone when they come to call the next patient). Quest should get better equipment - it always seems to not work properly (when you sit there, you watch every single person after you have trouble with the kiosk). I know what to do but yet the way the machine operates is not intuitive - I am always confused and even when I do everything right, the machine malfunctions. I would never send my older relatives here”
“Medtech cares was in charge of a Covid testing facility near where i lived. I stopped there to get tested. The staff was very professional, and i received my test results promptly via email I would recommend Medtech cares to others who need to be tested for illness”

“First of all, I would like to say that I arrived at 6:15 a.m. There was only one person ahead of me. They opened at 7:00 a.m., and I went from patient number two to patient number sixteen. They have check-in machines, and if you don't know that, everyone behind you will run you over. The system is not good for polite and courteous people.
Now, the staff was absolutely wonderful—very patient and courteous. Other than getting run over by people, I had a wonderful visit here, and the staff is great—absolutely great.”

She was very nervous to have her blood drawn. 3 nurses assisted to make sure that her blood was drawn successfully. They were kind and efficient. “I dont know why all the negative results! Myself and my wife go there every 3-4 months and rarely do we wait more than 5 minutes with a total time in and out the door in 15 minutes. I recently realized I could schedule online vs just walking in. And that cut our time down even more especially since we had to change our insurance carrier January 2026. I think people go there without the proper documentation and take it out on the staff. I’ve had nothing but good experience there for the last 6-8 years 5 times per year!!!”
