“What a great location. I missed my spot by over a half hour and had to enter as a walk-in. Even though the estimated time was 90 minutes, they called me after about 10 minutes of waiting. Schedule your appt and show up on time. It’s really simple for those complaining about the process. The technician was super sweet and helped relax me. I was thoroughly surprised by this facility. But maybe put out some plants or something. The waiting room feels dry and cold. Spruce things up.”

I have never had any issues with hr dept or owners. I would reccomend premier for any one looking for a phlebotomy position who enjoys being on the road. “I had to get some blood work done which can be difficult at times since my veins are small and have a tendency to roll making it difficult to draw blood. Anyway the technician who did my bloodwork was very good. I explained the issue with my having blood drawn she listened and after two attempts she was able to draw the blood just fine. The wait wasn't long and the all the staff was nice and pleasant.”

“I must say that I rarely leave reviews but the amount of care and attentiveness that was given to my children when they had their labs drawn was nothing short of amazing. The staff made the process as easy and as smooth as it could go. They admitted us in a timely manner (wait time no longer than 2 minutes) and were very patient with us. Everyone else that came in to the site also did not wait longer than 5 minutes. The staff is courteous, quick and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!”
“This labcorp is very clean and the check in and check out process is very easy. The staff are very friendly and professional. You can make an appointment online if you're afraid there's a wait. I made an appointment online just in case, but there wasn't any wait at all. I was seen right away and had my blood work done quickly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Also keep in mind that in order to get any tests here, you need a slip from your doctor. LabCorp needs an order slip so they can bill your insurance properly.”

“I'm not sure how this hospital only has 3 stars. I've been in and out of numerous hospitals over my 40 yeas, and Clara Maass is by far the best. I had to have a same day surgery preformed there yesterday. From the time I stepped into this hospital to the time I left, I was treated with such compassion, kindness, respect and love. The entire staff here remembers how important the bedside manner is, in that most of us are afraid when we need to be in the hospital. We even shared some good laughs, and we all know that's great for the soul and healing. God Bless all of you there at Clara Maass, thank you for all you do. Love me!!!! :)”
