“Overall they seem to have a nice variety of plants and gardening supplies. I was there to get herbs and they had a nice variety of both standard and organic, with one exception- I didn’t find any organic basil, which was disappointing. My wife asked inside and was told it was on the back patio but we searched everywhere and only found the standard.
Maybe it was because we were there midweek but there was no real help around. The older lady inside at the register was nice enough.
I was also hoping that maybe they grew and sold fresh fruit and vegetables but alas, they do not.
Also, if you read past mentions of a petting zoo or miniature donkeys, they no longer have any animals.
Overall, they have a good variety and were pretty well organized and clean.”

“I want to give a grateful shoutout to Greg at Chatham Lawnmower for his kindness & more importantly for all he did to rectify our situation ( we lost the ignition key to our snowblower). Not only did Greg find a compatible key replacement but he took care of emptying all the gas out so we could safely store it away & have it in prime shape whenever we need it next. I appreciated all he did & he did it in the friendliest way. Great business!”

“As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”

He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through my project from start to finish. Not only was he kind and patient, but he also made sure I understood each step thoroughly.

“OMG AMAZING WORK THEY DID AND FAST TOO. I CALLED ON SUNDAY AND THEY WERE HERE ASAP. THEY DID 1800 Sq Ft backyard in an hour piled with weeds. They even clean the pool afterward. Amazing prices too. Can’t wait to use them next year.”
“I just wanna give a big thank you to the entire staff and management. I was shopping there today and noticed three tiny dogs locked in a car in their parking lot. It was 96 degrees outside and the car was off with all the windows rolled up. So I rushed inside to have them call the owners license plate number out and to come to customer service.
