Came in last second about two months ago for an open box Sony OLED that i saw they only had one in stock of. All the guys there were super helpful and so kind. Got a great deal with their expertise and the TV works amazing, will recommend this best buy to any family or friend.

Bought an open box tv online and and selected pickup from here. When I went in for pickup, they let me know there were no legs for the tv and asked if I still wanted it. Glad they gave me a heads up and were great about processing an instant return on the spot. Much appreciated.
