Burns Collision Center is a repair facility for all major insurance companies and services all vehicle makes and models. The experience from start to finish is excellent and painless, from drop-off and pick-up to dealing with insurance. The team is exceptionally professional, with fantastic communication that keeps customers posted throughout the repair process. They offer easy availability for estimates and repairs, often completing the work in a few days, sometimes more quickly than advertised. The work done is top notch and perfect, with cars looking like the day they were purchased. They are highly recommended, with no need to look anywhere else. The shop is I-CAR Gold certified and offers a lifetime warranty on all repairs. For convenience, Enterprise Rent-A-Car is located onsite.
Everyone there is great with keeping me updated on my car and what exact questions I have. Andy was very patient and kind when handling all my questions and concerns. Mike was amazing as well with that. Very helpful.
