Upon service completion, service manager thoroughly went through every detail of the service. Waiting area also clean, stocked with coffee, snacks, & TV. Great experience!!”
“We (Boro Collision) have been using Empire for at least a decade. WE find the service second to none, painless returns, always on top of everything. WE have had a couple of MAJOR warranty claims that were taken care of in full within days, thankfully. All the phone staff, managers, and drivers are respectful and polite. I dont really see where there is negative reviews, we have never had an issue.”
