Kara, who initially took my call, made me laugh (and thought I was funny which is the most important!) and Pete really helped make this a simple process. When I picked up my girl yesterday, they had not only made her look brand new, but they also gave her a delightful spa treatment. I couldn't be more impressed. He was very knowledgeable and replaced a really hard to get to window, if you need an honest person with reasonable prices give Jesse a call!”

Car was returned, washed and cleaned. They handled the return of the rental car. And deal with the insurance company making it a very effortless process for the car owner. I was excited to hear that my insurance company utilizes caliber collision as I have heard wonderful things about them.Prior to this incident. Just walking in the facility and feeling the warmth of the immediate staff made me feel at ease, it was then I knew everything was gonna be fine. I was emotionally ecstatic with the results of my 2023 chevy equinox. I just wish you guys could have been there. “Have an issue with the front camera on my Hyundai that independent repair shops can’t address. Joe came out in 100 degree weather to check out my car. He felt the repair should be covered under the 10 year / 100k warranty. I checked with Hyundai who said it could be covered pending the cause of the failure. Circled back with Joe who said since there is no evidence of an accident they should honor the warranty. How about that, Joe took a repair out of his shop by suggesting the warranty. Nice to know there honest, high integrity people in Marlton! Recommend Caliber for your needs.”
