Front end staff were very friendly, personable and professional. They treated everyone with kindness, respect and explained all services in detailed. If I lived closer Id definitely be a repeat customer.”
“Got on the road, and noticed one of my tires was at 20psi, and going flat. Drove 3 minutes to Pep Boys, and got the tire patched. Told Jim, the manager, that it probably would be covered by road hazard through my dealer warranty, but didn’t think I could make it there. Jim didn’t charge me for the service, which was a really nice thing to do.
