“Batter randomly started smoking while I was near by, stopped in and they were able to quickly see me during a very busy holiday weekend, and get me on my way on. Front end staff were very friendly, personable and professional. They treated everyone with kindness, respect and explained all services in detailed. If I lived closer Id definitely be a repeat customer.”
“Got on the road, and noticed one of my tires was at 20psi, and going flat. Drove 3 minutes to Pep Boys, and got the tire patched. Told Jim, the manager, that it probably would be covered by road hazard through my dealer warranty, but didn’t think I could make it there. Jim didn’t charge me for the service, which was a really nice thing to do.
