“Basic service in person. They don't answer the phone and can be rude. They always open on time. Undeserved by the postman, however. Constantly getting the wrong ppl's mail and / or having my mail hand delivered by my neighbors or across town when a Signature was required.”
“I reserved PO box for this location online. I went on Saturday June 6 to pick up the key. I forgot to print my online application. My man Corey greet me with a smile and helped me fill up paper copy, without any questions. When it came to deliver the key, he hand it to me quietly and told me my Box number very quietly. Told me instructions and everything. He easily gets 5/5.”
“I had a wonderful experience at this post office during our passport appointment. Our appointment was at 9:00 AM for four passports, and we were completely finished by around 9:40 AM.
D. Perez, the agent who assisted us, was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She made everything clear and kept things moving smoothly. The other staff member working with her and who took our photos was also very kind and welcoming.
Getting passports for a whole family can feel stressful, but they made the appointment easy and pleasant. We truly appreciated the great service after having a bad experience at Philadelphia city post office!”
“Bryant was so helpful with my passport application. I was having troubles with money orders, he took extra time to find a way to help me. One of my greatest experiences with USPS!”
“The best staff in the world with excellent customer service skills. They are always pleasant. They are always smiling. They are always eager to help and I wish I could give them more stars. They certainly do deserve it.”
“I drive from Marlton to come see Bullock when I need to ship with USPS. He’s an absolute delight and I’m sad I can’t take him with me on my move to Seattle. This man knows the best ways to ship, that don’t destroy your wallet. I’ll miss his smile and chatting it up.”
“Such a great experience, the employee was very nice and helpful during a difficult time. We were having a few issues with sending our loved ones cremated remains based on false information provided by the other post office in pennsauken and we decided to come to merchantville for clarity. Here I was provided the correct equipment, right guidance and it made this experience a lot smoother. 10/10 I would recommend to come to this location.”
“I swear this must be the happiest place to work. Everytime I go in there I get greeted with a smile. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. They are always so helpful. It makes me want to work there. This is my favorite post office.”
“Every visit that I make to the Willingboro Post Office is pleasant. I always go to the Korean gentleman & I say hello & thank you to him in Korean; he smiles when I speak his language & that Po stal Worker is always very nice to me.”
“I have used this Post Office for the past 10 years. I personally have never had an issue. I can state that there are new people at the front desk in the past year that make the energy more "people friendly".”
“Very helpful Post office. Best to go on off hours to avoid a line. Perfect for depositing mail and purchasing stamps, at the stamp machine, at anytime. Thank you,
courteous assistance, as needed.”
“I love that this post office is right near my house. Great location, and the lines go by fast. Wasn’t a huge fan of the one male post office clerk that skips through the payment screens when I’m trying to decide how quickly my package gets sent out. I felt it was rushy and rude. He seemed bothered and impatient. Other than that, this is my go-to post office for convenience.”
“I'm a MiLLeNiAL so I don't do a lot of mailing. My job required me to mail a bunch of paperwork for some reason, so I mosied on down to station ave in hopes that I wouldn't screw it up somehow. Jovielle, the clerk working in the front, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. She was very friendly, and the whole process took just minutes Protect the post office, folks, these people are heros.”
“Thank you all for being so patient and making the fingerprinting significantly less annoying because of my cold hands! You’re all so kind and helpful and I’m really grateful for the positive experience! Highly recommend”
“While this location appears understaffed, the team here is effective. You might get a bit of an earful if you need extra help or make a mistake, but the bottom line is that they are helpful and get the task finished. It’s a functional, no-nonsense post office.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Exceptional Service with a Smile – A Breath of Fresh Air!
After a less-than-stellar experience at another nearby location, I visited the Berlin Post Office (ZIP 08009) with cautious optimism—and I was absolutely delighted by the difference!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an attendant who exemplified everything public service should be: friendly, polite, and patient. I asked the same questions I had posed elsewhere—about affordable pricing for registered mail—and instead of being met with frustration, I was guided step-by-step with professionalism and a genuinely positive attitude.
It was truly like night and day. This experience proves that quality customer service can be delivered consistently and respectfully—even within the same organization. The atmosphere here was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to conduct business without stress or discomfort.
To the team at the Berlin Post Office: Thank you for doing your job with care and for treating patrons with the respect they deserve. I deeply appreciate the way you create a space where good service is not the exception, but the standard.”
“UPDATE: Thankfully, everything is cool now. I talked to someone at USPS who apologized profusely, and since I’ve returned to this Usps, we have been amicable. I understand how hard the job is and hope they know it’s very much appreciated! ?
I’ve shipped items here and always got an attitude. I had an issue with an order where it said the item was out for delivery before they received and scanned it. I’ve gone in twice to see if the order arrived, and then were rude. Today, they were really hostile. I tried explaining it to the employee, and he said it was deliveried. Then then he begins to tell me I dont know how mailing works and how its probably in bellmawr. When i tried to explain it to him again he interrupted and said “I’ve always had attitudes with them.” I’m partially deaf, and have some issues relating to a car accident so I’m unsure if we misunderstood one another or he thought i had sarcasm/attitude, however, the treatment was very rude. The gentleman took my phone from me and refused to give it to give back to me, “until i listened”. I didn’t and I reminded him its my property, had to say that 3 times before he gave it back and said ‘ get the hell outta my building.’ like he’s a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE stealing my phone to prove a point until I listen to them? I’ve never been treated like that, and I thought I was being nice to them over the past weeks try to have small talk. Clearly I was wrong. They must hate their job. They didn’t understand the issue on multiple occasions and when I try explaining politely by saying, “no you don’t understand,” I get interrupted and have to engage in something I didn’t want to be apart of. i get told to get the hell out. I’ll stop coming here and go to a different usps if they don’t want to help me.”
“OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!! I do recommend this post office to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!!!!!”
“The postmaster at this location was super nice in assisting with a mail issue. Offered very helpful advice and service.Spoke with Melody today and she was very polite and assisted me with a problem.”
“This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a usps. The gentleman was so pleasant and helpful and kept the line moving so fast. Was in and out in 5 minutes with 3 people ahead of me”
“Have lived nearby this post office for 5 years and used them regularly to ship items and envelopes. Very nice folks work here and are always helpful if you have any questions.”
“I’m reading a lot about staff being rude but I go there frequently to ship clothes/shoes I sell online..and both the man and young lady are very helpful. I even was regrettably rude to the lady once and had to go back to apologize for my mistake…she was super kind with the whole thing big reason I chose this as my choice postal office.”
“No lines if you show up at off-peak times outside of first thing in the morning, during lunch, and maybe right before 5pm. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon is usually OK. Have your items ready otherwise you'll probably encounter somewhat typical USPS orneriness.”
“I was really impressed. I think I understand why this post office has about 3.5 starts while most of the others in the area seem to level out at 2. The ladies who worked there were so pleasant and friendly; they were easy going and seemed to know most of the customers who came in. I got there with less than 10 minutes before they closed and I was expecting the rough kind of customer service that’s usually given to last-minute patrons, but the woman who was helping me treated me with courtesy and patience! I was especially grateful because I’ve never shipped out a package before and she wasn’t condescending when explaining what I needed to do and while answering my questions. This is what real customer service is!”
“No issues with this office when I came to send out an international package. The lady was very friendly and helpful. This is the post office I'll be going to from now on.”

“I've had to visit this post office 5 or 6 times, and each time the mail person whom I spoke to was polite and helpful. The office itself is a little small and depressing, but so what. I'll blame that on the politicians who relentlessly try to strangle the post office every year.Anyone with an IQ over 50 understands that our Post Office is a modern marvel. Every time I see a branch I feel grateful.”
“I recently went to the post office within 10 minutes of closing. The staff were extremely friendly and helped me pick out packaging, rip off old labels from recycled boxes, and pack up my items. They were very kind and polite.”
