“I stopped yesterday at Moppert Bros collision group in Northfield, New Jersey. I stopped without an appointment. My passenger door was hit and had some minor scratches. I was hoping to make an appointment but they offered to help me immediately. In 40 minutes the scratches were gone and my door looked brand new. The work was impeccable. If you want high-quality body work, Moppert Bros is the only place to go. They have annual recertifications for many high-end luxury and performance cars. I would only use them if I needed any body work done to any of my vehicles.”
“I've been coming to this location now for about 6 years. I came to get a nail patched on my tire. If you buy tires here, you get a lifetime or as long as the tires last, free patch on any tire, if you get a nail or something in it. So I brought my car in to get a patch, and Judy was very sincere and helped me out immensely. I would have driven off with dangerous worn out treadless tires. She really helped me out. I was lucky enough to catch a special going right now, where they have a 6 month 0% interest credit card. She gave me a price that matched the lowest price tire place in this County. Also with the Credit Card, I believe I get $150 rebate with it. Judy deserves a raise. She's very knowledgeable, sincere, and expressive. In which I am very grateful for her help, and guidance. “I had my 2024 Acura Integra type s rear bumper cover replaced, including the taillight and some hardware. All in all Chapman ford did a great job. They color matched pearl white metal flake paint very well, which is not easy. Panel gaps were aligned very well. It took 7 days to repair but some extra time due to back and forth with the insurance company. Everything was handled though and the car looks excellent. (July 2025)”
“On August 31 I went to this store in search of an alternator for my truck. All local places either didn't carry it or could not get it in for a week. This location was the closest reasonable distance and they had it. They closed early at 3pm instead of 4pm because they only had 2 sales the whole day. I could only get there by 3:15. A gentleman was closing up and going to his car and let me know they closed. I only struck up a convo mentioning the alternator as I was ready to head back home. He took me in and hooked me up. I didn't catch his name but if you're reading this you're the man!”
