“The young painter referred me to this Caliber Collision (he said he was from Vineland/Pittsgrove area) I have a brain fog and can’t remember his name, tho I want to say Angel but I could be wrong. Anyway I met him out in Vineland and he gave me the run down on how the repairs worked at this facility. I told him where I had my car repaired at before and unfortunately I wasn’t happy w the repairs. But he reassured me that Caliber in Pleasantville was the repair shop to go to. So I put my trust in him & I must say I am very impressed with their work! They did a phenomenal job on repairing my vehicle. My baby looks better then before! The body work and paint job was so clean I could see my reflection. The customer service here was amazing from start to finish. “I was in the market for a new vehicle as my current Nissan lease was up in January. I did my research and gave Mazda a try since Car and Driver rated it so favorably. I started at a different dealership and wasn't happy with the salesman. I decided to drive the 45 minutes here from Gloucester Township. I knew what I wanted so I came prepared. My salesman name was Alan. Alan was the perfect mix of knowledge, assertive but not aggressiveness and personality. I read the previous reviews, sure, the Finance manager was nice , she had great reviews but I didn't buy my car here because of her highlighting skills and protection plan knowledge. I bought my car here because of Allen. He related to me and he treated me like a person, not just a sale. More importantly, I related to him and he made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and that he wanted me to get the best deal I could. The car buying process isn't my favorite but I love my new Carbon edition Turbo CX-5. I was inclined to write a review specifically about Allen because of the way I felt dealing with him. His partner Doug helped him at times when he was busy, and Doug is a nice guy, but I made my purchase at Chapman because of my initial experience dealing with the salesman. The building itself it beautiful, clean, friendly and filled with stock and it made the car buying process a lot easier than the previous 4 dealerships I went to last week. The sales manager, Mike was a nice friendly person also and everyone there made me feel good about this dealership. If you are looking for a new vehicle, first off, go with a Mazda! The price for what you get is top notch! And the people there made the experience better. And for the record, I don't know any of them or had ever been there before but I went with them even though I had a slightly better deal to a place that was closer to my home because they were better at what they do than the other dealership down the pike.”

They have 2 guys that are mechanically inclined and clearly know their way around a workshop, the other employees are friendly, quick, and don't pretend to know something they don't. The other employees will be up front about not knowing, and instead of being lazy they immediately seek the info for you.I appreciate that as much as I do my perks rewards.This is a solid store.AAP is the best for hitting sales for the accessories, cleaning, and maintenance products. I end up getting 15$-20$ in product free just about every trip, only spending 30-40 bucks total. Just try to not buy things last minute and you'll get the deals.”
