“This was my first visit to this man's business , and I'm so happy to see that in this totally upside down world we've been living in as of lately , it is so refreshing to come across a young man who takes so much pride in a business that his father and him started some 20 or so years ago . The work eithic he displays is few and far between , he must have had a great dad. I understand his father passed not so long ago , but I'd venture to say that he would be very proud of his son. This is the type of mechanic I would not hesitate to send even a family member to, his hard work and honesty is so good to see. I imagine there's a great backstory to this young man and his business.”

“I cannot overstate how grateful I am for Matawan Auto. I had been to 5 + different shops in the area. They had over-priced the job or or were deceitful in other ways. When I was finally referred to Leo at Matawan Auto, he gave me a great price, was able to get my car right in, and got the job done very quickly. All the while I had a feeling that they were a professional company and not somebody trying to scam me like the other places. It was such a relief to feel like my car was in a shop that I knew was taking good care of me. “I got referred to this shop by a tow truck driver from a car club. I wasn't steered wrong. I After a through diagnosis of the car they came back with exactly what I knew to be in need of repair/maintenance. They also gave me a heads up about some suspension parts while still in good service condition, it will be an item to keep an eye on. When I voiced my concern and may be it should just be a might as well, they advised against it and to just keep it in mind for future maintenance. Most shops would have just agreed with me and did the replacements. Recently another problem arose and without hesitation I brought it back to this shop. 24 hours later good as new. These guys are awesome, not cheap, but quality work costs. I would recommend these guys for any repair or maintenance you need on your vehicle.”
