“Everytime I walk into Menlo Park Mall this is probably the first store I walk into. I love going in to see new boots/shoes but also the staff is very friendly and we almost always strike up a conversation, I don't think i could ever order my Doc marten's online only because I miss out on the experience of walking into this store. Any time we do make a purchase, which may be too many lol, they always help us out with suggestions or checking to see if they have what we want. I wont buy from anywhere else.”
“I visited the Skechers store in Woodbridge with my child to get school shoes. I really appreciated that they had a good variety of sizes available, which made the shopping easier. However, the pair we ended up choosing wasn’t exactly the size I would have preferred, so I wasn’t completely satisfied. Overall, the store is nice, and the selection is good, but I wish the fitting worked out better.”

“Amazing service and I didn’t even step foot in the store. I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving searching for a specific men’s UGG shoe. I have called other Journeys but no location serviced me like this one. I spoke with a gentleman named Jose. Who let me know the shoe was out of stock and unfortunately he was unable to order it for me. He took down my information and said he will call me when he gets his next shipment. Due to COVID-19 I knew this was a long shot. I searched high and low since this was a Christmas gift my mom wanted for my brother. I finally was able to find a pair. I just received a call from Jose he received his shipment and the size I needed! I felt so bad I completely forgot and I already was able to get the shoe. I feel bad I am not giving him the business but he deserves a review and I highly recommend asking for him if there is something you need!”

I had been getting the run around from footlocker customer service and FedEx, but he got right to the bottom of the situation and got me a new shipping label created and my item should be here any day now.. I gave him my Boots to have the Heel Cap Replaced. Very Good Price and Boots were ready when I needed them. The Workmanship is Tops. Very Happy with the Work. He used Glue and Nails to keep the Cap in place.
Had Roman install Sole Savers made in Italy High Quality and Heel Cap Saver. Work came out Perfect and for a Great Price and done on time. I only use Roman Shoe Repair Shop.”

Aurea assisted me with great professionalism and experience.
Very friendly and guided me through everything, very good prices and above all there is BOGO!
The place has been renovated, the apartment is very nice, everything looks more spacious and everything is super organized.
Don't forget your mask as the COVID prevention rules are followed to the letter.

“I hadn’t been inside this dicks in over 5 years but I needed running shoes for my first marathon run. The store was organized and easy to find the woman’s running shoe section. When I walked into the section there were sufficient associate coverage and I was nicely greeted by I believe her name was Arianna or Aianna? I told her my purpose for that days shopping also on a budget as I probably wouldn’t use the sneakers as often. She showed me great options as well as gave personal insight. Pricing was on sale but for the quality not bad(Nike $138). I asked if she makes commission and she mentioned no which was a shocker being in sales but it was also nice because that meant as well she genuinely wanted to help not just make a sale. The wait to check out wasn’t too long and as well the cashier was friendly. Great experience overall”
