The tow truck arrived around the time the dispatcher gave me. It was clean and looked new. The driver was friendly and quick. This was my first time ever needing body work after being rear-ended, and I truly had no idea where to start. From the moment I called, the staff at Marlboro Auto Body Shop was extremely responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to help me through the entire process.
Nicole was absolutely fantastic — she walked me through every single step, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience so much less stressful. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! There was a small issue we noticed afterward, and the shop immediately took care of it. They even personally drove me back to the rental car location while they kept my car a bit longer to make sure everything was perfect.
The level of service, care, and professionalism here is unmatched. I genuinely hope I don’t need their services again anytime soon (for obvious reasons!), but if I ever did, I’d come back here in a heartbeat. Highly recommend — truly 10/10 experience.”

“I was stuck at an intersection with my truck. Call AAA they're a little stressful to say the least. They had me waiting over an hour I called them back the original tow truck they gave my case to wasn't answering the phone so they contacted j&r Sunoco and Evan was there as quickly as he could be had the truck hooked up and out of everybody's way immediately. He was kind and friendly and professional and very efficient and took me and my truck to my home. If you need a tow truck I would definitely recommend calling j&r Sunoco”
