“I went into the store looking to get my wife's jewelry inspected i bought the care plan with every piece of jewelry I buy from Helzberg. And I love the plan . I was greated when I came into the store by Amber Earle she was awesome and very helpful she inspected all of my pieces and found some loose stones and that the yellow gold was shining thru the white gold so she wrote up and took pictures of all the pieces to be worked on mean while telling me about some sales and hand bags we talked for a while she was very personable. We also went and sat at the diamond desk were we discussed my wife's stone in her ring and looked at it under the scoop it was beautiful and Amber was explaining all of the aspects of the stone from color to clarity i was impressed.”

“Obsessions Jewelers feels like more than just a jewelry store—it truly feels like family. The owners are absolutely amazing: incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly every single time we visit. My mom and I are regulars here, and we love them so much. They always make us feel welcomed, remembered, and cared for, and they go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy. The customer service is truly exceptional, and the jewelry is beautiful. We always leave smiling and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend.”
