From what I could witness, there is respect, dutifulness, and kindness from these employees (from the security guard to the tellers).”

“Had to set up an Estate account. Kristine was so helpful in discovering the available accounts, setting up the EIN, giving us some guidance, and not rushing us. My sister and I were very happy with her assistance and she also has a good sense of humor. We went to another bank after this, with quite different results. We may transfer those accounts to Valley once we get access to them.
Just a follow-up to the above review: we did transfer that account!”

“NVE felt like it was a part of my family. Going back to being a little girl, I recall going through the drive through with my mom and being met with kindness and friendliness from the tellers. I accompanied my mom when she visited the branch in Englewood, and each person treated her with kindness and respect. When my mom passed 8 years ago, she left an IRA, and I began a banking relationship with Cheryl in their IRA department. Since 2016, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She knew who I was whenever I called along with the details of the account. Even so, she took the time to verify me, because she is diligent in her work. When it recently came time to transfer the account, she went above and beyond to help me. The banking relationship is now over since I no longer live in NJ, but I will always remember this bank as a friendly and welcoming place. Cheryl was especially helpful to me during a difficult time, consistently showing kindness and attentiveness to my account. Thank you for 60+ years of being a helpful, kind, and respectful bank for my family.”

“I came here a few times and recently had a really positive experience with the branch manager Ingrid. She helped me address all of my questions/ issues with opening a new credit card and was professional/ friendly and timely. I recommend you make an appt. if you have to meet with a banker given the heavy foot traffic in the area with the Bergen Town center. Highly recommend meeting with Ingrid if you have some more complex needs.”
