My husband and I came in for new phones and we were fortunate enough to work with Leo, who was absolutely wonderful! He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient, funny, and made what has always been a grueling process enjoyable. This store is super lucky to have him as an employee and representative of the company.

Leo, the store manager, was awesome. Very knowledgeable, offered a great price, helped get all phones transferred. He made this process easy. Fantastic experience.

They are horrible there and it seems they didn't even want to work!! The store manager said he couldn't help print out my final bill and he sent me to the corporate store in sagamore mall which is 15-20 minutes away for them to tell me that he could of printed it out but they chose not to because I wasn't purchasing anything!! If I could rate them a zero I would!!!! Horrible horrible store and workers!!!

Went there to add a phone. Was assured the new monthly bill would be $22 more than my current bill. Imagine my surprise when I got home and found an email stating it would be $105 more than my current plan. Not surprised, AT&T is a dishonest, deceitful company, and so are their surrogates.

I’ll be completely honest I was overdue for a new phone and hadn’t updated or upgraded since pre-covid times so I was dreading having to go into the store but Jon was genuinely so patient and kind and helpful and made the best recommendations and now I have a super cool brand new phone my nieces and nephews wish they have lol. I cannot thank him enough phenomenal representative of this company! Maybe it won’t be such a long time away next time.

Came to this locating twice, the second time I came back in I was helped by a gentleman named Jon (jun) not 100% on spelling of his name. Besides the point, he came over to help me with my phone. I ended up needing a new Sim card since I was having a error with my current one. He said it's not a problem and was able to help me. Will have to say I'll come back to be helped by him. This location has a really good customer service representative, and he deserves to be recognized from this review. Thank you again Jon for making my horrible, and incredibly stressful morning/afternoon a thousand times easier and better by helping me.
