“Today July 27th 2026 went into the Victra-Verizon store at Cooper Road and Route 73 in Voorhees, NJ. I was immediately greeted professionally and politely by Omar.
I had came from another location down the highway and was rudely treated, so that's why I came to Victra. Omar was so proficient, so courteous, friendly and just made us feel very comfortable. The process was seamless and effortless. We were in and out within an hour and 15 minutes. I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new phone to check out this location. I had spoken with multiple representatives both over the phone and in person, and no one had been able to get it resolved.
