I made an appointment and checked in online when I arrived in the parking lot. Before I even sat down in the waiting room my name was called. The phlebotomist was friendly and skilled. The facility was very clean and organized. I was in an out in under 10 minutes!

I keep going here specifically hoping I will get Janice. She was the person who took my blood this morning and has taken it in the past. She is so kind and patient and just has a lovely spirit. She's fast and efficient and gets it done right. The building is also very clean and well kept, everyone I have spoken to has been nice and I definitely will be coming back and I recommended this Quest location 100%

I always see the same two women working here, and both are excellent. They make these visits much more pleasant than they normally would be!

They were fantastic with my 1 year old twins today. My twins were not the best patients but the women working with us( I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names!) they were incredible. Patient and gentle. Can’t state how appreciative I am for that because it was rather stressful for mom and twins but you were excellent

I switched from Labcorp since the usual tech hasn't been there and the recent person is rude and unprofessional. This Quest office wasn't as bad as Labcorp, but the very nice tech left a black and blue mark for a week. it's rare for a tech to hurt drawing blood. Why is this profession so full of nasty, poorly socialized people??

DO NOT GET A CERTAIN PERSON AT THIS OFFICE - SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE. REPORTING HER TO CORPORATE THIS AM. RUDE - AGGRESSIVE - UNPROFESSIONAL - INTIMIDATING -

The experience in 3 words. Slow, rude, aggravating. 30 minute wait time even with an appointment scheduled because they are "backed up" when they are talking to patients. You want answers to why you haven't seen your test results in a week? You'll be blamed or your doctor with incoherent words forming in there mouth trying to convince you they aren't to blame. I found out they haven't sent my results in! They don't have an inkling how bad there service is which shows the ignorance they have. Excellent at drawing blood but that is the only skill they have. It's unfortunate the downhill spiral of services for the past year.

They do NOT accept walk in appoinents. They say they do but you'll sit there forever because appointments are taken first.

A TOTAL JOKE and incompetent. I don't know where to start. But perhaps showing up for a pre-booked appointment, only to find them closed is a good start. Upon finding them closed you check your email/txt to see if there was an announcement, but nope, so you call the number, and when you eventually get to select option #6 to talk to an assistant, you find he main message simply repeats.Time was of the essence for this pre-employment drug screening, so I found another Quest (Marlton NJ) drove another 10 miles down the road and got myself checked in. I followed the instructions to the T and filled up the sample beaker to 45ml. When the tech measured that amount into the vial she said it wasn't enough. I told her she specifically said 45ml, and now she is saying its not enough, and I can't retake the test?! I have plenty of urine, in fact I had to throttle back like the Falcon 9 upon reaching Max Q other wise your 300ml beaker would have gotten 4,000ml. But no try as I might, the tech would not budge, and she even flat out lied and tried to tell me I gave 30ml LOL.As an engineer, I deal with fluids and measurements everyday. I can clearly read a scale from 0 to 60ml in 15ml increments. I filled the beaker to one line below the top ie 45ml. Either way I left, and had to call Mesh my background company, to tell them of the incident. They informed me that Quest did not follow protocol and lodged a formal complaint with them. I ended up going to LabCorp the same day who were 100% better. Their tech btw (using the same beaker kit as Quest) said I needed to fill to the 60ml line minimum! Won't be using Quest ever again.

It is ridiculous how slow this place is. I actually think they are eating. Why the heck did they close Lumberton I don't know because they are wayyyyy faster. This location obviously needs more employees.
