I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! Very happy with this towns postal service and their responsiveness. Not so much with the informed delivery which has nothing to do with them ?

Don't bother calling them. They absolutely WILL NOT answer the phone. I've been trying to call almost nonstop from 9am until 2pm, and the phone just rings until you get a busy signal.

This is not about the cashiers but it's more about who ever runs this place. There are always lines because they mostly only have 1 cashier working and the self service kiosk is ALWAYS "Out of order" , it's a joke! I feel like over the last 6 months this place is gone downhill.

The lady that helped me was very friendly and patient. She showed me how to use the self-service machine so I can use that over waiting in line. I wish I got her name so mention her in the review.

Lady was nice....but the reason for US postal failing is customer care...do not supply a piece of tape to mail a package close wanted about $2 to do so... I took it to Ups store stokes road excellent service and no charge for a piece of tape...

Love this post office !! Cashier Gloria makes my day when I go in there always smiling with kind words and upbeat positive attitude never a bad experience wish they were all like Gloria at other post offices!!!!

Seriously one of the best post offices around. I have an online business and I’m here pretty often at all different hours. The staff is always super friendly, fast and helpful. Maybe some of the “Karens” on here writing these nasty reviews knew how to treat people with respect and common courtesy, they wouldn’t have such negative experiences lolBut yes great place, thanks for all the help ?

Get tracking notice saying package was received and scanned in. Wait a week for package while it sits in the Medford PO. After emailing PO get a response from the Medford Post Master saying just because a package is onsite doesn't mean it will be delivered.

Lovely helpful people here at this post office. Everything you need is here, too. I needed advice on two packages, one to another city via express mail (the nice postal worker saved me about thirty dollars!!) and one going overseas. We were all lined up when they opened in sat morning- and she seemed happy to see us even though she clearly had tons to do. Easy to find; plenty of parking. Great selection of stamps!
