I loved using this UPS, the team there was always great (a man and a woman, both maybe in their 20s). Always polite, helpful. In maybe the past few months, there is a man who I’ve seen there. Maybe a new owner. I’m assuming he owns the place because an employee with this kind of attitude, most probably will get fired. Very dismissive, and this is with all the customers. Time to go to a new UPS.

I noticed a woman with several supposedly Amazon returns was treated much differently last week than myself and others. It seemed like the owner was being extremely disrespectful and had no patience. I felt bad and should have spoken up.
Do Better.

The young lady here was so efficient, helpful and nice she gave me a discount for the inconvenience caused even when it was by Amazon not UPS. Great experience, must give a review.

I have had nothing but great experiences with The UPS Store in Mendham.
This week, I shipped an important package to the wrong out-of-state address (entirely my fault), and the Mendham staff was super responsive and anxious to help me correct my error.
I am very appreciative of their support, and they will continue to be my clear first choice for shipping any/all packages.

I've had a positive experience with the store. The location is convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Amazon Return process is straightforward and easy. I have the QR code scanned, and they box the item themselves.

Had a great experience at the Mendham New Jersey UPS store today. I had no idea how fully equipped they were to do things like laminating and cutting and copying. I worked with Kimy and Mike On a little bit of a complicated project and it was fun to be in the store and work with them.

These folks are wonderful, professional, welcoming so happy to help. There has never been a time that I have either been to the store or called with a question that they were anything but helpful. Love this store, it’s certainly a model for how to run a wonderful business!

We have 3 choices of UPS stores to go to that are all about the same distance. I consistently choose Mendham UPS because of their helpful and friendly staff!

Had printing job done and was very pleased. Mike, the manager, is easy to work with and very knowledgeable & efficient. They took over store before Covid and in spite, got off to a good start. Great service!

The gentleman that helped me was very accommodating. He packed up the ski boots and promised me that they would be there the next day.
