“No complaints. My local branch prints ATM cards. My card number was compromised,and the mobile banking system put a hold on my card.It would have taken 3-5 business days to receive a new one. Luckily, my bank printed one out in about 10 mins. 3-5 business days is a long time during the Christmas season.”

“This is not a bank, folks. So don’t expect cash transactions. Sheesh. I visit this office at least once a month to deposit money using CHECKS. Transactions are always handled quickly and accurately.I have several accounts. My advisor at this particular office has always taken the time to explain various options to me and complete purchases quickly. If you are upset about losing money, perhaps you should consider lower risk investments.”

“This is the best location of PNC. They bend over backwards to be nice. The thing I dislike about PNC banks is their inconsistency between branches. Their policies seem to be different according to each branch which is aggrevating. What is the maximum cash you can take from the drive thru? Runnemeade is $1500, Collingswood is $2400 and Cherry Hill is $2000. And they will tell you "It's our policy, this is the maximum at all branches" This is incredibly annoying. Also, if I have the $5000 in my account why am I given such a hard time when I want to withdraw it? I've been told I have to call ahead or that the branch doesn't have it? $5000? Are you kidding me? Your a bank and its my money. Anywho, this branch has zero of these issues, hence why I go here.”

“Just to let everyone that I have been with PNC Bank for a very long time in North East Philadelphia and never had a major experience with the Banks and now I live here in New Jersey. When I came here to live in Cherry Hill. One day I happen to see a PNC Bank right around the corner from where I live I stop in to have my account information change . When inside there was one of the teller's and I ask about having my personal info and they help me with a friendly smile and show me to see some one in the office and the person who was friendly too . That is what I called excellent service.
