I don't understand the negative reviews. My local branch is amazing. Lisah was amazingly patient, professional, and kind. She showed me all of my options and allowed me to make the best decision for my situation. I am so thankful for my local PNC, and look forward to working with them in the future.

Maybe I come in at the right time, but my experience is that this establishment is always very kind and respectful. I walk into the door and they express eagerness to help. If I have to wait while trying to get a walk-in appointment, they are swift and attentive.
