We were hesitant to change from a conventional mattress even with the chemicals and fact that our extremely expensive bedset was shot after just 8 years! “So, my trip to Home discount furntiure was good. Mo and Jo are both very helpful. They have a solid variety of furniture within all price ranges. Whether you want something straight from the floor or fresh out the box, they've got options.But here's the kicker and main reason I can not give the store 5 stars: I bought a floor model king size bedroom set, thinking it'd be good to go. Nope. Turns out, the Bedframe was not properly built since this was a floor model bed. This king bed only has 3 oak beams supporting the whole mattress, which results in the bed caving in, making the bed unsleepable. We also had a nightstand draw that broke, but we took it back to the store and Joe fixed it.I called the store to complain and they told me that I would need to buy a metal frame to support the bed and make it sleep-worthy. Not cool. I would have liked for them to share this information with me at the time of purchase. We have a brand new bed we can’t even sleep on right now because of this issue.And don't even get me started on the delivery. They managed to scrape up my walls like they were auditioning for a demolition crew.Was really hoping to buy more furniture form the store, but I’m left alittle disappointment with my whole experience.”
