“I was thinking about purchasing a new bed and after seeing reviews in consumer reports decided to check out Casper after seeing their reviews . I went to Casper store Menlo Park and was greeted by Giselle. I looked at the beds on my own and then Giselle came over and started explaining everything about different beds . Very helpful to a new buyer for sure. She pointed out all the things that the beds have and also the new adjustable frames .After she showed me all that they had to offer made my decision to trade up an easy one . She was one awesome sales person and Casper is lucky to have her. “One of my favorite stores they have very good sales. And they have access to wheelchair, which is very nice for my mom and anybody else that has a wheelchair or stroller to go into the store. Customer service is very great and they also have a fridge that they give you bottles of water and coffee, which is very nice for the customer service I give it a five star keep up the good work”
