Jersey Pork Roll is a family business now located at 112 Wood Ave in Middlesex, NJ, having moved from 177 Stelton Road in 2016. Customers describe excellent and amazing customer service, with staff going above and beyond, even filling orders outside of normal hours. Orders are placed over the phone and shipped nationwide, arriving in as little as two days to places like Hawaii, Florida, and Texas. Packages are well-packed and fresh, typically coming in a nice insulated box with reusable ice packs to stay cold. Most experiences are highly positive, with customers calling the service incredible and the staff a delight to talk to, leading many to state they will absolutely order again. In one instance, a shipment to Texas was compromised by the heat and follow-up was initially lacking, but the owner later personally reached out to make things right, demonstrating a commitment to customer care.
Finally found a reliable, reputable company to buy my Taylor Pork Roll. Been disappointed by others but it's such an easy, pleasant experience dealing with these people. And less expensive!! You won't be disappointed!!

Thank you for my order of Taylor pork roll. Shipping was great. Very well packaged with the insulation and the freezer packs in the box. Used 2-3 day FedEx shipping as I live in Idaho. The package arrived as described, still cold. Will order again when I get the craving.
