“Oh my gosh! GREAT place....people are knowledgeable, care, have positive personalities and great skills. What else could you ask for? I have been to other urgent care facilities before that were NOT CityMD and wow the experience was not even 1/2 as good as this. Hope you don't need urgent care, but if you do, go here!!”

“Before test go online to their website and print the form make copy of driver license and insurance card,feel the form. Present all paperwork to nurse upon arrival to their parking lot and you will be done with test in no time.”
“I can't say enough about this practice! I see Dr. Ali as my primary care doctor and Dr. Najaf Asrar as my weight loss specialist. Dr. Ali is very knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. She is a very niceperson and truly listens! With Dr. Asrar's guidance, care, prescribing, and encouragement I have lost a total of 28lbs!!! I now exercise several times a week and I feel and look great! He is an awesome doctor who really knows what his stuff. He is very professional and a true gentleman. The office staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Grace is the best! Like I said, I can't say enough. I am very happy with the care I receive here. I feel well taken care of. “I have been with them for 5 years and have had nothing but a great expierence with tattiana mcquire and her office staff they are understanding and always willing to help. I have never had any issues with hr dept or owners. I would reccomend premier for any one looking for a phlebotomy position who enjoys being on the road. I love the traveling the fact that i am not in a building for a shift is great.”
“Been coming here for years no issues. Yes there will be a wait time of 30-40 min maybe even an hour if you DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Some people think the staff is being rude my prioritizing appointments, but as a patient if I booked an appointment a whole week ahead of time, then I expect to be seen at that time. I had an appointment today at 11am, checked in and left by 11:17am people were mad they were waiting in line because they walked in over 39 minutes ahead of me, with no appointment. But that’s how appointments work in my opinion, if you want to be seen quicker book an appointment online it’s not that hard; the website walks you through it.Also I see people saying the staff is rude? The staff has never been rude to me, they just speak very direct as they should because sometimes people want to act entitled to certain things and that’s not how that works.”

“I walk in this place with no appointment. I should rate more than 5 stars if I could, my experience here last week was fantastic. I always had a hard time searching for an affiliate facilities of my insurance but the receptionist she was very nice and helpful. They told me at first they don't usually accept walk ins. The receptionist accommodated me, she get my insurance card and script she brought at their office and I just waited maybe 15 minutes Jessica the lab tech approach me and let me in at the room. Jessica is top notch, knowledgeable, courteous.”
“I must say that I rarely leave reviews but the amount of care and attentiveness that was given to my children when they had their labs drawn was nothing short of amazing. The staff made the process as easy and as smooth as it could go. They admitted us in a timely manner (wait time no longer than 2 minutes) and were very patient with us. Everyone else that came in to the site also did not wait longer than 5 minutes. The staff is courteous, quick and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!”

“Super easy getting a COVID test. You can easily get an appointment online and they take walk-ins. Was a bit confused since the location was in a big white converted shipping container outside a community center across the street from Aldi, but eventually figured it out. Got tested within minutes of arrival and the lady was very gentle with the swab. Had the results in 24 hours. Definitely much easier than any other testing places.”
