Please, any official who reads my comment hope take action and change the staff because they are among the worst employees in this post office in all the regions.

Walked in the post office this morning to pick up paper work to start the process of getting my passport. The gentleman in front of me was trying to send out a package. At first the gentleman asked the man working at the desk for a shipping label and the man behind the desk told him “ it’s to much money for you and handed him a pen” the gentleman kindly asked for a marker because the package he was trying to send was big, the man behind the desk got nasty with him and told him they don’t have markers just use the pen to write on the box. The gentleman ended up taking his package and leaving which I don’t blame him because the man behind the counter was rude! Than it’s my turn, I explain to the man I would like a passport application, with an attitude and panic he saids he made copies but doesn’t know where they are so I need to go online and print them out. I explained I don’t have a printer that’s why I went there and once again got nasty with me and told me I need to go online so I just left. I went to Dunellen post office which the two ladies behind the counter were so sweet, gave me the paper work, and told me they take walk in appointments durning the week as well. That being said I will be going to Dunellen post office from now on. I get it people have bad days but this man behind the desk was just flat out rude and nasty!!

Despite all the other negative reviews about passport appointments, my appointment in January was pretty smooth and fine. BE PREPARED TO WAIT A WHILE. I had to wait 10-15 mins for the passport agent to attend to me. DON’T BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE ON A TIMED SCHEDULE. Come at a free time because they do take their sweet time. The passport agent is pretty nonchalant and he worked with his airpods in so.. don’t come here if you’re sensitive about that. Overall, I got my passport done easy in less than an hour here including a picture done for ID.

the indian guy who is at the front named shamal is absoluetly rude. we went in there for a passport appointment and he was incredibely rude. we asked for manager information and he didnt want to give it to us. worst post office to ever go too. DO NOT EVER GO HERE

I scheduled a passport appointment and they confirmed just yesterday that my appointment was still confirmed. They called me TWICE this week to confirm with me and I get in here and some guys telling me the passport agent isn't here today, dont expect to get any quality service here at all. I am now being told the day after as soon as I come in that I will not be getting my passport information completed today. This is outrageous. I will now be missing my cousins graduation because of the US postal service.

Just downright rude. USPS website says they accept walk-ins for passport Tues/Wed/Thurs. guy there says I need an appointment. I say the USPS website doesn’t say that. He starts to say he’s not arguing & says the website is different than the in-person experience. What?!

Gentleman who helped me out in the front desk was very unprofessional. Not courteous at all and had no customer service skills. I’d rather driver farther to another office then come here.

Absolutely horrible. Online says that they do walk-in and they do not honor it, which is simply false advertisement and poor customer service. Plus, online showed that there were openings on the day my parents went but suddenly they’re all booked up and can’t take walk-ins. Simply inconsiderate of people’s time. My parents are nearly 80 years old and the treatment they got was inexcusable.

Of all the post offices I go to, this one being the most convenient, the staff here absolutely sucks, mainly the guy up front. I'll take the further drive for at least some type of customer service. It's not hard to be kind.

One of the worst staff. No courtesy or professionalism. They act as if they are doing you a favor. We had a month old baby with us and had passport appointment for him, after making us wait for half an hr they told us they do not take infant photos. (I had booked an appoint with photo).
