“In my opinion the store is an “okay” if you go for the first time obviously you are going to get lost because it doesn't have “signs” where everything is…. The place is super clean, different products that you can try to try.
The only drawback is that they do not accept “Mastercard” and it is good if you are going for the first time and do not pay attention to the blue sign above the ATMs. Then you're going to make the line wait a little longer.
I have been lucky enough to come across polite cashiers, but I have seen other cashiers who are a little “in a hurry” like you ask them “something” and they show you the ? face…. I haven’t come across someone like that yet but if it were my case… not good cuz I’ll tell say “not/w me honey””
“This Costco Location Was Fantastic!! I Happened To Be In That Area About Half An Hour From My House. I Stopped In And Wound Up Leaving With A Bunch Of Stuff... The Staff Was Very Friendly And Knowledgeable!!”
“I LOVE this place! Really cool staff with an awesome variety of selections from toothpaste to full-on meal food to desserts/morning snacks to go with coffee to coffee itself. Even had an electronic section! VERY good bang for your buck with what you pay. The cashier was a cool dude as well. I'm using Costco less now because of this place.”
“Costco is a uniquely created, well functioning profit machine. There's little to hearing said about Costco. If there's one thing they could improve, that could be on employee training perhaps? Thwy seem to vary significantly from one store to another. Otherwise, Costco is great!”

“I’m giving the Costco in Edison, NJ a full five stars! They truly have everything you could want, and as someone from an Indian background, I really appreciate how well-stocked they are with foods and products from India and across Asia.
The store can get very busy at times, but the staff does a phenomenal job managing the crowds and keeping things moving smoothly. They’re always friendly, professional, and helpful — even when the place is packed.
The food is fresh, the prices are great, and the overall shopping experience is worth it. If you want to avoid long lines and heavy traffic, I highly recommend visiting on weekdays or parking toward the back of the lot — it’ll save you time and a lot of stress.
Overall, this Costco is one of the best! Their organization, cultural variety, and customer service keep me coming back.”
“My pick up appt was at 1. I arrived around 12:35 and was on the road by 1:30. They were very efficient and friendly. A bit of a tight turn to get to bldg 4 but not a bad stop at all. Park on the street to check in as the dock area is also employee parking and not much room.”

“I ended up at the 140 carter location for loading. Pay no mind to the low bridge warning. Park to the left once inside fence and check in through the shipping door by docks. Got here 3 hrs early no problem.”

“Easy to work with and easy to communicate with about delays or other issues. I had over a 3 hour delay in fatal a accident ntm my previous load had left nails and broken glass in trailer and I had no time to spare for arrival and to top it off the broker didn't give me all the info I needed and my patience was thin. They were understanding and put me at ease throughout the process and helped everyone stay calm and get the job done. Superior shipping office employees office and forklift guys. Couldn't ask for more. A+”
“This is the first time I did business with this warehouse and I was incredibly pleased. This warehouse is incredibly large so when you first enter it might take a while to understand where to go thank the team communicates and guides you so well so its not even a problem. Right after you sign the documents at the office ( as soon as you enter the Rpm you will see a door by the stairs) this is where you first park and then they take/guide you to the loading ramp (which ever your goods are ) and it will be ready by the time you park there. Everything is handled in a very short time. The team is incredibly kind , friendly and welcoming ! I was very pleased and I definitely recommend !”
“This is a great Costco, as most are! The manager Jaun and employees Ashley and Steven went above and beyond to help me solve a problem. It was crazy busy day (Valentine's Day) which happened to fall the day after a big snow storm. They still were running smoothly and were unruffled with the crowds. With the parking lot full there was still only a short wait to check out. It made for a positive experience that could have gone side ways! The gas station has great prices and is well run too!”
“Quick unloading thy open Sunday to first come first service and thy have overnight parking to if you get ther night you can park on the in side tha where house and saleep”

“These guys are quick and efficient about getting you loaded. Just a reminder their lunch time is 11:30 a.m. so in case you're deciding to make a pickup or delivery it literally will become a ghost town. Great people though”
