“Came to this store on Christmas Eve for an insurance replacement for a lost device. The store associate, Herol, was absolutely amazing! We were on a time crunch due to upcoming travel and needed the replacement phone ASAP. Herol went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and offered suggestions to rectify the situation if AT&T could not process the replacement in time.Everyone complains when something goes wrong. He gave me a warm welcome, analyzed what I needed, and delivered an amazing experience. Had me in and out within 25-30 minutes (upgrading phone). Not only that, I ended up leaving my phone bag there, so the next day I called in asking about it. Steve picked up my call instantaneously and was able to locate it.
