Wayne is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful, he goes above and beyond for his customers. I picked up my router from his store and came back to purchase my new phone and upgrade because he was very knowledgeable and helpful. For any Verizon needs, he will be my go to! Thank you again!

Recently had to trade in my Apple phone. I decided not to go to a large crazy Verizon store and went to Russell. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the store associates and how they made the entire experience very smooth. They were kind patient and attentive. I highly recommend going here for any phone trade-in.
