“I go here almost daily with 5-15 packages and the staff is amazing. Everything is prepaid and they scan it in and give me a receipt no problem. I’ve had my son or parents drop stuff off for me and they treat them just as nice. Anytime I have questions they are happy to help and explain what needs to be purchased to ship my items the correct way. I’ve gone to a lot of post offices in the area and Mahwah is hands down the nicest and most informative.”
“Went there this past Thursday for passport renewal for my daughter and son.... I had all my paperwork screwed up and Hiram (Jay) walked me thru the process to get right!!!

“I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”

“All of the staff there are absolutely the best. Specially NOELL ! They're all very kind and helpful and I've never had any problems, no matter how busy they are. Noell is extraordinary though. She always apologizes for the wait, even if there are only a few in line. She is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. She seems to LOVE helping people. We are SO very lucky to have her in our great post office of Ringwood NJ”

“The post office is small but efficient. It’s never too busy, and the customer service is excellent—they’re always helpful with any questions related to your package. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews; the clerks have always greeted me and wished me a good day, answered all my questions.”

I know they are bad working people here but, the person I’ve spoken told me not too worry and I will sort it out. She did her job and everything got delivered. “Pretty well known post office.Has everything you need from a front desk, drop off boxes, you name it. Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”

“Say what you want about this place, but likely it’s a USPS problem and not a Lodi thing. IMO this location is immensely better than the Hasbrouck heights one, and staff is much more personable- not to mention they aren’t closed for a full hour in the middle of the day for no reason”

“I went to the Pearl River post office to renew my passport. Steve gave me the forms to fill out and told me what I needed to complete the process. When I came back he took the needed pictures. He couldn’t have been nicer. He was kind, communicative and competent. He made a stressful task easy. Thank you Steve!”
“I love this post office. I drive out from NYC periodically and I save up my packages to send out whenever I’m in town here just so I can go to this location and avoid the hassle at every single post office in the city. Everyone is friendly here, there’s never a line, and even though it’s a small location with only a few parking spots up front there’s additional parking in the back and it’s never crowded. I always just get in and get out stress free.”
“Frequent customer at this location and the guys upfront (Scott, Oswald, Eric) have been nothing short of a delight and respectful and very helpful each and every time. “All the stars for John, who helped me with passport things today. Negative stars for the woman taking pictures for the passport and processing- she rolled her eyes and huffed when I had a question. In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.”
“Good post office location. Open until 6:00PM, counter staff has always been nice and helpful. Downside is the small parking lot that can fill up sometimes. USPS does not maintain the property well, cutting grass, picking up garbage, etc.”

“My mailman Agit and the post office employee Marsha went all the way to help me with getting my package. I missed the delivery and went to the post office to check if it's still possible to pick it up the day before 4th July. Marsha called Agit and he came back to my house second time and delivered the package. I'm truly grateful both of them for getting my package on time. “650 Kinderkamack River Edge Nj: Postmaster and the crew is doing a wonderful job at this post office. They are working very efficiently and they treat the customers with such a positive attitude.
