“For general repairs, recommend. For body work, they're booked 1 month in advance, they don't do full paint jobs on cars, and they never got back to me even after a follow up call to get a quote. Disappointing but par for the course. Who wants to blow up another afternoon getting quotes? Of the 3 shops I visited, only 1 quoted, JDT collision in Phillipsburg.”

Answered the phone longe before business hours. Guy got tires FAST and stayed late to get her car up and going. My car broke down the other day and needed a tow, and I didn't have to think twice about where to have it taken. It was a Friday afternoon, so I was not expecting to hear anything till Monday. A gentleman named Robert at the station took the time to look out our car, diagnose and explain the possible issues. He spoke with my mechanic over the phone and even took a test drive to test the car. He advised us to go back home to correct the issue. Robert was very kind, patient and honest with us. “Very knowledgeable staff.and super friendly. A family oriented group of fellas. What makes my first experience with them is that the mechanic came in on his day off to finish my truck. As a new customer I was impressed and grateful to this above average service. As a first responder the previous statement is unselfish, vey much appreciated, and putting a volunteer firefighter back to helping the community. They called several times to give me status updates. Hands down by far the best mom and pop shop out there. Better than Mavis or blue moon. Rates are reasonable and won’t break the bank. This group of guys want to do the job right and they did in my book. They fixed a problem that I’ve been chasing for a couple months with a cheap code scanner. Borders employees you are the best.
