The greeter is a rude, unmotivated, dim individual that is unfit to hold and customer facing position. His abilities are limited to holding an iPad and announcing names. Attempted to insult me under his breath and was unwilling to admit his lack of knowledge.

Poor customer service from Manager Steve. He had a negative attitude, unwilling to help with any question about a Verizon plan and explained that their store ONLY sells phones and equipment. I have never wrote a negative review about a company but this was an experience I could not ignore.
