“Very friendly staff. Place was crowed but even tough my girlfriend found one member of staff been friendly to help her. She forgot her password and in less than 15 minutes phone was working again. Also the security lady at the door was very helpful and polite. That's the aptitude to deal with people. Very good experience for us.”

“Not usually a fan of Verizon stores but the crew here was fantastic. Rob W. addressed my issue immediately and had us out in ten minutes. Hh had to go in the back and I wasn't sure if we were supposed to wait so I asked my daughter who didnt know either. Rob's coworker Ed K. Overheard and gave us all the info we needed. A+ customer service in a Verizon store where I have come to expect less than that. I think I will come back to this particular store even though it's 15 minutes further than my local one.”
