“A whole piece of my car broke off while I was driving and I brought my car to this location today expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed but ended up getting it done for free. The management, the people at the front desk, and others who work there are extremely kind and helpful and wouldn't accept any payment. I tried multiple times to pay with cash or card but was denied each time. Their kindness and generosity has left a lasting impression on me. Will be coming back next time my car has issues. Please feel free to charge me extra then!
Also, as a side note, there is a person below me with the initials K.B. who gave this location a 1 star review - I would like to note that their review is extremely flawed and one sided. I was standing behind this person in line in the morning when I drove my car in to get fixed. They were pretty rude and to be dead honest I was impressed that the front desk and workers managed to talk to him, he was getting on my nerves and wasn't even talking to me. The team was really kind to him the whole time as well. He was borderline screaming the whole time and stormed out the door when a technician brought jumper cables out to help. The jumper cables were brought out in case there was an issue starting the car (as stated by the notes left behind by another technician), not because the car wouldn't start and not because they were trying to sell an extra service.”

“Been to this location twice and the customer service is top notch! It's also easy to make appointments online. When I had my rear tires replaced before, Jonathan explained why it was recommended to get replacements since the hole in the tire was in a spot that couldn't be repaired easily. Definitely recommend the New Brunswick location.”
“Thought I had a nail/screw in my tire. Made an online appointment. Greg greeted me when I got there and after a short wait they brought my car in the bay. They couldn't find anything. Must have been a faulty sensor. I appreciate the time they spent looking for any leaks. Greg said it was no charge. I have been coming here for years and all the advisors I have dealt with including Greg have been professional, courteous and understanding. They work with you and have never had any issues with service. I will continue coming here first.”

I was out of there in 45 minutes with a new tire. I had a weird sized tire that another shop couldn’t repair and they were my second stop. True angels with a great selection of tires and friendly techs.”
“Our vehicle was leaking fluid and had a faulty air conditioning issue. Joe and his team were really accommodating in taking me in right away on a Saturday and they diagnosed the issue quickly. I appreciated how much they walked me through what was going on, explained the services, gave me prices, and kept me updated throughout. Overall, they were expedient, considerate, and the pricing was incredibly fair.
Also, the seating area inside is very nice 💯.

I have a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT, and this was my first visit here. They fit me in on the same day I called to make an appointment, diagnosed my issues, gave me a written estimate, AND completed all of my services within the same day (completely replaced front & rear bakes, rotated tires, replaced driver’s side headlight bulb, and replaced front & rear wiper blades)!
I would highly recommend EG Auto Services to anyone that needs to service their vehicle.”

“BM resolved a peskie intermittent P0014 code on my Toyota Tundra. It was not the VVT sensor that a few other mechanics diagnosed. The sensor was replaced and the code kept coming back. BM identified the cause to be a defective oil filter which was what i thought to be Toyota OEM oil filter I acquired from AMAZON that was replaced at the previous oil change only couple thousand miles ago. BM replaced the oil filter and no more P0014 code since.”

They took care of my very old Lexus and my very new Lexus, and I never had any problems with my cars after visiting the shop. Their prices are fair as well.
I never had enough time to write the review until now, and I can say with confidence that Rainey’s shop is the best. Before I became their customer, I went through several auto shops, but no one stood out like Rainey’s. Because my car needs some work, I visited the shop today and know that they will be closed for vacation until 8/17/26. “An unexpected flat tire at 6:45 p.m. could have been a stressful, miserable experience, especially with the temperature at 104 degrees and a 100-mile drive still ahead of me. Instead, the team at the Mavis Discount Tire shop on Camplain Road in Hillsborough turned it into exactly the opposite.
From the moment I arrived, Phil, Dave, and Axel immediately put me at ease. They treated me more like a guest than a customer—offering me a cold bottle of water, a charging cord for my dead cell phone, and, most importantly, genuine kindness and reassurance.
They gave me complete confidence in their diagnosis, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get me safely back on the road. I especially appreciated that they solved the problem without requiring me to unload my fully packed vehicle, which would have been a major ordeal.
Their pricing was fair, their service was prompt, and their professionalism was exceptional. It's rare to find a business that combines fairness, competence, and genuine compassion so effortlessly.
