“This is the best location in the area. Got started at another one and had a terrible experience, I frequent this one more. Everyone is very funny, kind, and actually listens to your needs. I came in September to get a secured card to build my credit and the young Latino gentleman who assisted me was very helpful. The card did get shipped to another address instead of the bank (which I had wanted instead), but the bank is very accountable and owned up to their mistake and apologized. Today I had called about a question about payments with the upcoming holidays and Paul answered me and then stepped away to verify the information he gave me. Great customer service here, makes me want to continue banking with PNC.”

Veronica and the teller assisted me right through my auto loan and new checking account items. I'm completely satisfied both in person and all my online and ATM experiences. “This is a great banking service to have right on the campus. There is an ATM here but perhaps only for account holders. The fees are reasonable but working hours are limited. As the parent of a student I can vouch for credit unions as providing better services than the major banks and unfortunately are not well known enough due to limited marketing budgets.”
“I had a very positive experience at this PNC branch. Ebbie Adebanjo, the relationship banker, was very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped finalize my new business account, and was even able to provide me with a debit card the same day.
I also appreciated that Branch Manager Yinia Estevez took the time to introduce herself, warmly welcome me to PNC, and apologize for the appearance of the branch while it was undergoing construction. That personal touch made the experience even better.

“Today I will go to this location, to try to open a new checking account and a new savings account, as well--to try to take advantage of the fat bonus, that Citizens Bank is offering me, for doing so. I cannot speak for the financially irresponsible person (in another review of this location), who tried to cash a large check at this location, instead of at their own bank (and, if they don't have a checking account at any other bank at all, they are completely financially irresponsible!) Because I would NEVER try to do that...
Nor can I speak for all of the OUTDATED reviews (that the idiots at Google have still left here, on this location)--now that the business has changed from HSBC to Citizens Bank (a totally different business, by the way!) But, what I can speak for is that it pays to be WELL EDUCATED (at least about business, grammar, arithmetic and English speaking abilities, that is)--if you want to do business with a bank, any bank--in today's world. For those who are not...you will always be at the mercy of businesses that will try to take advantage of you--no matter what your race or ethnic origin is. So, that being said--I hope that all of you who gave 1-star reviews to the former bank, at this location, or the relatively new bank, now at this location--will make more of an effort to EDUCATE THEMSELVES--and consequently will not fall into some of the unfortunate situations that I read about, listed here, in this plethora of 1-star reviews. After all--whose fault is it, anyway--if you are NOT EDUCATED enough, to deal with this bank, or any other bank, like this one?”

“From Midwest to here, the institution is my Bank for more than two decades. I was happy until the Covid virus showed up. They closed my branch and services were ridiculously compromised. Now a days you need an appointment to do any kind of banking business, which is absolutely laughable. There are always a long line and I assume it's for lack of staff. The other day I wanted to get some cash. The lady who was scrutinizing customers, asked me whether I had an appointment
and she suggested me to use the ATM. But the amount raised her eyebrows! Anyway, the newly hired young lady (Neha) helped me to get out of there relatively quick. This is now my branch now and it deserved to be well managed.”
