“Just stopped in during lunch to look at chairs. Chris approached me with kindness and answered all questions with comfort, calmness and ease while never becoming a pushy sales person. He was honest and took a lot of time to understand what I was looking for and how my room could accommodate different pieces as he showed me around the store. Very knowledgeable. I wound up buying a beautiful sofa. Having a sales associate like Chris is perfect for any business!”

“My sales person,Laura, was extremely helpful locating all my fabric requests (pet friendly, performance and texture). She did not try to up-sell me which I truly appreciated!! This is the 3rd sectional (2 different rooms in my house) that I purchased from Lazy Boy. I highly recommend this store.”
