Are these units completely sealed? Or, is there an open ceiling or gapped cieling? I just moved my stuff into Extra Storage right down the road and already seen two roaches. I need to move all of my stuff out quickly

I purchased an auction unit at this location so cannot comment about the facility but the customer service provided by Brianna was outstanding. She was kind and polite and made the experience very smooth. I typically do not do these reviews but her customer service was above and beyond.
