“I have had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The manager is always friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance.
I have also participated in several storage auctions at this location, and the process has always been organized, fair, and transparent. The units are presented accurately, and the staff does an excellent job coordinating auction pickups.
Overall, this is one of the best storage facilities I have worked with. Great customer service, excellent management, and a positive auction experience every time. Highly recommended!”

Then without my asking at all, he waived the fee for an extra day - their system was down so he did it for the inconvenience. Would go here every move if I could!”

“The locker facility itself is good and the protocol is straightforward. Very well kept and the system is organized. However, the customer service is lacking. They are impossible to reach by phone and seem to take extra long lunch breaks. When I went in person, the associate there was incredibly slow, not knowing how to use the scanner, and talked my ear off, explaining every single thing that I did not need to know. However, it got the job done.”

One day I had trouble with the gate and he came out to show me how to input the password properly if I could give him 10 stars I would!!!
