Was at the Montclair location today and Stefanie was super helpful. She was doing an amazing job of dealing with multiple customers all by herself holding down the fort.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with the care I received. Even though my issue was not able to be resolved by the ATT store rep, he explained the steps I needed to take in order to finish resolving my issue at the Apple Store. It was fantastic care! Very very happy and satisfied always with this store rep.

This store is the best at&t store. They have the best employee that assists me in upgrading my phone and my son's phone. SHANTAI is very accommodating, respectful and smart. She answers all my questions. And I really appreciate it.
