Sarran took the time to looked into my account when she couldn’t fix it herself she call to have the error fix and she definitely did!!! Also shared some information i didn’t even know could be helpful in the future, will definitely play this branch a visit because of her”

We were truly saddened to find out that Susan is no longer at our local branch and is now being transferred to a location about 40 minutes away. While we are happy for her and know that her new branch is incredibly fortunate to have her, we honestly wish we could have her back at our location!

Katherine from the Private Client section introduced me to my first credit product several years ago that I’m so happy with, it exactly matches my lifestyle, and that was the point when my close relationships with Chase started. She also was so detailed and personal with my special request connected to travel out of country, she made sure I was taken care of and could travel without stress.
