Sarran took the time to looked into my account when she couldn’t fix it herself she call to have the error fix and she definitely did!!! “I can’t say enough wonderful things about Susan and the incredible manager she has been. She has always gone above and beyond for her customers, treating everyone with kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She knows her customers, listens to their needs, and always makes you feel like you matter. We were truly saddened to find out that Susan is no longer at our local branch and is now being transferred to a location about 40 minutes away. While we are happy for her and know that her new branch is incredibly fortunate to have her, we honestly wish we could have her back at our location! Susan has made such a positive impact on our banking experience, and she is one of those rare people who makes a business feel like a community. We want Susan back!
