Came to Td today and Susan Diaz-DeSantis helped me with my business account. She was absolutely wonderful. Professional, patient and so personable. I would come back to this location just because of her excellent service.

The bank manager(???) is extremely condescending . She has a way of looking at you like you're a 2 headed freak . I've had to deal with her on two seperate occasions and both times she made me feel like I was an idiot. She talks fast and has horrible customer service skills.

Just wanted to share that Td Montclair has the best staff!! They take their time with the customer and answer any and all questions you may have. They are always very friendly, courteous and respectful. Best branch I've ever walked into. Thank you Td Montclair!!!
