Dorothy, who has helped me each time, has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. She’s also given me great advice that has helped reduce the amount I’ve owed/helped me get an actual return rather than owing. The rest of the staff are extremely friendly and clearly enjoy working there. If you have basic taxes to be filed it’s done fairly quickly, and in my opinion is worth spending the money on the service. They also book you for the following year’s appointment the same day you go in so you don’t even have to think about taxes again until the next year.”
